INFORMATION TO STUDENTS ON FIRST SEMESTER 2008/2009 SESSION REGISTRATION

Returning Students (Including Students on SIWES and Teaching Practice Programmes

January 12 – January 31, 2009 (3 weeks)

As from 1st of February 2009, every week after normal registration period attracts a penalty fee of N2,000 only per week.

February 1 to February 7, 2009 (1 week).
Processing fee:  N2,000

Fresh Students

January 19 – February 7, 2009 (3 weeks)

As from 8th of February 2009, every week after normal registration period attracts a penalty fee of N2,000 only per week.

February 8 to February 14, 2009 (1 week).
Processing fee:  N2,000

NOTE:
DEADLINES
Students are advised in their own interest to comply with the registration deadlines, as there shall be no waiver for whatever reason.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
The following payment options are now available for students:

  1. eTransact Pay Outlet

eTransact Pay outlet allows students to pay cash to any of the University-Patronised Banks using eTransact electronic teller. The student will be issued the following from the Bank Teller:
     (1)   eTransact payment receipt containing the PIN number which
             the student will use for Registration On-line.
                 (2)   Manual copy of Bank Payment Teller.

  1. eTransact Cash Card

eTransact Cash Card allows students to load their fees into the eTransact Cash Card which has a Serial Number and a PIN that the students will use for their online registration.

 SECURITY OF FUND LOADED ONTO CASH CARDS:
Students are advised to note the following in order to guide against their being swindled of the fund loaded onto their eTransact cash cards.

  1. Students must not disclose their PINs to any body.  KEEP YOUR PIN SECRET AND CONFIDENTIAL.
  1. Students should endeavour to do their online payments/registration themselves.
