ONLINE PROCEDURE FOR NEW STUDENTS

Please spend time to read these instructions. Obey them and you will have no “Stress”.

1. Log on to www.aauaeduportal.com
2. On the home page, click on list of admitted students, enter your surname or registration no to check your name
3. If successful, click on check admission status.
4. Input your registration number, to print your admission letter.
5. Click on Acceptance Fee payment on home page,

Choose Payment Option
A. Pay outlet
validate payment made in the bank by inputting the pin no on eTranzact receipt issued by the bank.
B. Cash Card
Enter your etranzact cash card no, expiry date and pin no
Click on print to generate online payment receipt.

1. Click on New Students
2. Click on clearance eligibility
3. Input your Reg. no
4.  Clearance Eligibility page will open.
5. Input and Submit your ordinary level entry qualifications.
6. Click on upload Result to upload scanned copy of your o level result  
7. Click on Clearance Certificate (min. 36hrs After) to print your clearance certificate if successfully cleared.
8. Click on New Students
9. Click on Online Payments.

Enter Registration/Matriculation Number, payment page will open: Choose Payment Option
A. Pay outlet
validate payment made in the bank by inputting the pin no on eTranzact receipt issued by the bank.
B. Cash Card
Input Your Student Type
Enter your etranzact cash card no, expiry date and pin no
Click Pay

1. Click on Personal data; enter data in all fields in the form. Remember to upload your picture. Summit document and print a self copy for your   personal file.
2. Click on Payment Detail after logging in to your personal data to Print on line bursary payment slip (Payment Detail).
3. Click on course registration to do course registration {consult your course advisor before registration online if in doubt}  
4. Submit registered courses on line and print a self copy and a copy for your course advisor for validation.
5. Log Out.
